Avians are bird-like humanoids that live in tribal villages in forests or plains. They come from smaller and simpler creatures that inhabited the land, but have become more civilised and controlled in their ways.
Many Avians have merged with human civilisations to become more respected within society. These high society Avians tend to overachieve in order to separate themselves from their tribal upbringing and past, even to the point of discarding and resenting that way of life.
They make good friends with Elves as they have many of the same philosophies and ideals. This leads to many mixed race cities between Avians and Elves.
Racial Advantage
Feathered Arms:
Large feathers coat their arms, allowing them to glide down to safety if falling from great heights. They do not move horizontally, but their decent is slow and steady.
Avians do not take damage from falling and can travel far as they glide (1/1).
